Guthrie Woman Arrested In Connection With 2015 Homicide

A Guthrie woman has been arrested in connection with the 2015 homicide of her fiance, the Logan County sheriff's office reported.

Dana Marie Reeder was arrested Wednesday in Lindsay. 

Reeder is accused of shooting her finance, Geoffrey Wakefield, 29, on May 30, 2015.

At the time, Reeder told deputies that Wakefield tried to kill himself. Investigators said it was apparent that the reported circumstances were not accurate.

Wakefield died at the hospital.
