GOP presidential nominee front-runner Donald Trump may have lost Oklahoma but he won big in at least seven other Super Tuesday states.
CBS News projected Trump as the winner of the Georgia Republican primary as well as Vermont after a neck-in-neck battle with Ohio Gov. John Kasich in the Green Mountain State.
CBS News projected Trump as the winner of the Massachusetts, Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee Republican primaries.
After a neck-and-neck race between Trump and U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, Trump pulled ahead and was projected to win Virginia.
According to a News 9/News on 6 poll released Monday, Trump was enjoying a double digit lead ahead of Rubio who took the second place spot from U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz in Oklahoma.
