OKC Teen Steals Car With 4-Year-Old Inside

A 13-year-old is now in custody after going on a joy ride with a 4-year-old in the car overnight Friday.

Oklahoma City Police said the call initially came out as a report of a stolen vehicle. Officers stopped the young driver near NE 68th and Kelly.

The 4-year-old was returned to her parents.

The teen was taken into custody on stolen vehicle charges.
