Police responded to a suspicious package found at a church in northeast Oklahoma City, Tuesday afternoon.
Just after 12 p.m., officers shut down Kelley between N.E. 67th and N.E. 63rd, as they investigated the scene. Police said a crate was found next to the mailbox at Higher Ground Baptist Church, located at N.E. 66th and Kelley.
A bomb squad has been called to respond to the scene.
The roadways reopened at about 2:30 p.m. after police cleared the scene.
