The Oklahoma City Police Department has located the victim of a kidnapping that took place on March 17.

Police say that Tyler "Timy" Marie Edens was found alive at a hotel near I-40 and Meridian.

Oklahoma City Police responded to the possible kidnapping at 1617 NW 33rd. Police believe the suspect forced his way into the victim’s home where he then assaulted her and forced her into a dark blue, 4-door Toyota Avalon with Oklahoma tag 943-MHG.

Police released two photos of the suspect identified as DeWayne Arnell Williams Thursday night but have since determined that to be incorrect. Police say that witnesses falsely accused Williams of the crime but that Williams is actually deceased.

Detectives are on scene to interview Edens. Anyone with any information is asked to call 911 immediately.
