Chickasha Police Investigate Baby's Death

Chickasha police are investigating the death of a 1-month-old baby boy.

According to police, at about 11:24 p.m. Friday, March 25, officers responded to the report of an unresponsive infant in the 700 block of Idaho Avenue. The child was transported to the emergency room, but was pronounced dead.

Police said the Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of the death for the baby. Reports are being prepared by Chickasha Police Investigations Division. The reports will then be turned over to the District Attorney’s office for review.
