Silver Alert Issued For OKC Woman

A Silver Alert has been issued for an Oklahoma City woman last seen Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Margaret "Maggie" Ann Phillips, 69, was last seen about 3 p.m.at the McBride Orthopedic Hospital, 9600 Broadway Extension.

She is a white woman with brown hair and blue eyes, is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. Phillips wears glasses.

She was last seen wearing a tan parka with a white shirt and jeans and brown ankle boots.

She was driving a white, four-door, 2013 Volvo S80 with Oklahoma license plat number 277-KDU. She also has a St. Louis Cardinals license plate frame.

Anyone with information about Phillips or her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
