As we go through allergy season, how can you tell the difference between allergies and a common cold?
Experts say that with allergies, you don't get a fever or chills. You also won't suffer from a painful throat.
Instead, look for symptoms like itchy eyes or fits of sneezing.
There are some ways to try and avoid allergies as much as possible. First, avoid morning outdoor activities. Second, change your clothes and wash your hair when you come in from the outside to eliminate some of the allergens you bring in with you. Also, try taking allergy medicine before heading outdoors. It could make all the difference.
