A 4.0-magnitude earthquake was reported Saturday in northern Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The earthquake happened at 4:55 p.m. Its epicenter was about six miles northeast of Medford, 34 miles north, northeast of Enid and 96 miles north of Oklahoma City.
The earthquake was more than three miles deep.
No immediate reports of damage or injuries were reported.
