Marti's Salmon Patties

3 cans salmon, drained

1-2 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Canola oil

Place the salmon in a medium sized bowl. Add the Ritz crackers, eggs, and Old Bay seasoning. Stir together and then form 6 patties. Lightly press the patties in the crushed Ritz crackers and lightly fry the patties in a skillet with 1 inch of hot oil till browned on each side. Serve with tartar sauce.
