Dentures and Dental Services Joins Fight To End Childhood Hunger

One in four children in Oklahoma struggles with hunger every day.  Many don’t know where their next meal will come from. That’s why News 9 teamed up with the Regional Food Bank five years ago to focus our efforts on making a difference and supporting the effort to end this epidemic in our state.

News 9 has now partnered with Dentures and Dental Services to help raise awareness for this important cause. The Food For Kids Backpack program provides backpacks filled with nutritious non-perishable kid-friendly food to chronically hungry students for them to eat on weekends and during school holidays.  

For every Dentures & Dental Services new client visit through the end of May 2016, the company will donate $1 to the Food For Kids Program. A $1 donation can provide 5 meals to local students in need.
