First responders are on the scene after an Oklahoma City trash truck crashed into a pair of homes on the northwest side of the metro.

The incident occurred in the 18000 block of Allora Dr., near NW 178th St. and N. Penn. Ave. in Edmond.

The cause of the crash is not known at this time, but from the air it looks as though the truck drifted off of the road to the right, slammed into a mailbox and mowed down a small tree. The truck then smashed through the garage of one home and continued into the side of the neighbor's garage before finally coming to a stop.

It is unclear if anyone has been injured. The condition of the driver has not yet been determined. EMSA is on the scene.
