Norman Police Increase Reward For Wanted Murder Suspect

The Norman Police Department and Norman Crime Stoppers announced the new $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of murder suspect Tevin Kyreece Martin Hicks.

Hicks is wanted in connection to the murder of 41-year-old Kenneth Keeling.
