Suspect Arrested After Hitting Person With Car, Running From Police In NW OKC

A man is in custody after police say he ran a victim down with his SUV and then led police on a chase overnight in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to police, the suspect chased the victim around a parking lot with his Chevy Tahoe before running the victim down. The pursuit began at N.W. 10th St. and N. MacArthur Blvd. when police arrived at the scene.The extent of the victim's injuries are unknown at this time.

The chase ended in the area of S. 104th St. and Radio St. The suspect was arrested on a complaint of assault with a deadly weapon.

Police have not identified the suspect at this time.
