The American Red Cross will provide additional disaster relief for Oklahoma storm victims starting Tuesday morning at Crossway Church in Sulphur.

The relief effort begins at 9 a.m. at the church, which is located at 2108 W. Broadway in Sulphur.

The Red Cross trailer will contain snacks, beverages and other disaster recovery items for those impacted by the string of tornadoes that damaged several Oklahoma communities on Monday. A Red Cross emergency response mobile unit will also be deployed on Tuesday to deliver bulk supplies and snacks throughout Garvin County.

Red Cross crews will begin to assess the damage done in Murray, Johnston and Garvin Counties and support the communities during the initial stages of recovery.
