Police have given the "all-clear" after investigating a specific bomb threat that prompted the evacuation of Moore High School Thursday afternoon.
According to Moore police, at about 1 p.m., about 3,000 students and staff members were evacuated from Moore High School, due to a specific bomb threat. The threatening message was found written on a bathroom wall. The bathroom was on school property, but not specifically in the classroom building. It was in an adjacent building.
Police said the threat had a specific date and time, which lead to the evacuation. They did not specify the exact date and time written in the message.
According to police, parents were asked to come pick up their children at the southwest corner of the football stadium. Students' names were read over the loud speaker for parents who've been able to check in.
More parents have lined up to find their kids. A healthy amount of frustration out here. @NEWS9 pic.twitter.com/S5eFXJ5kIB
