Avocado and Shrimp Citrus Salad

  • 1 package medium cooked shrimp, shells and tail removed
  • 2 avocados, cubed
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of one orange
  • Honey
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Place the shrimp, avocados, tomatoes, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Add the juice of the limes and orange to the ingredients in the bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Allow the salad to sit covered in the refrigerator for an hour for the flavor a to marinate. Serve!
