Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Warm Cookie Sundae

• 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt

ADD:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup quick oats
• 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
• Braum's vanilla bean ice cream
• Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

1. In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugars till light and creamy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. In another bowl combine all of the dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
2. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients to the butter mixture until it is all incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a well-seasoned cast iron pan.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream on top of the warm cookie in the cast iron pan. Place it on the table and eat with a spoon.
