Big Country Breakfast
- Sausage links
- Eggs
- Cheese
- Frozen hash browned potatoes, thawed
- Chopped onions and green peppers
- Cheddar cheese
- Using a large sheet of heavy duty foil, place 2 sausage links in the center. Top with hashed brown potatoes, add onions and green peppers, crack an egg over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place another sheet of foil over the top and seal the edges. Cook in the hot coals for 25-30 minutes or until sausage and egg is cooked.
- Open carefully and eat it right out of the foil, fireside!
