Summer Munch

  • 1 bag of pretzels
  • 2 cups cashew and peanuts
  • 3 cups goldfish crackers
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried chipotle pepper blend or cayenne (adjust according to your liking)
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place all of the dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. In a small bowl whisk together the canola oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder and chipotle blend.
  2. Pour the seasoning over the crackers and seal the bag before tossing together. Once the crackers are all coated, place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for one hour. Occasionally tossing them to ensure even toasting. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
