Summer Munch
- 1 bag of pretzels
- 2 cups cashew and peanuts
- 3 cups goldfish crackers
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chipotle pepper blend or cayenne (adjust according to your liking)
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place all of the dry ingredients in a large Ziploc bag. In a small bowl whisk together the canola oil, lemon pepper, garlic powder and chipotle blend.
- Pour the seasoning over the crackers and seal the bag before tossing together. Once the crackers are all coated, place them on a parchment lined baking sheet and cook for one hour. Occasionally tossing them to ensure even toasting. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
