Oklahoma City Police are trying to track down three men who pointed guns, including an assault rifle, at two adults and two children while they robbed their home. It happened Wednesday, May 1, near SW 38th and May.

Investigators said the crime was caught on camera.

The surveillance video was released and posted to their Facebook page in hopes of that someone will recognize the men responsible and call 911.

The surveillance video shows a white Honda Accord with the passenger side door already open roll up the driveway. It then shows three guys getting out of the car with their pistols and an AK-47 out in broad daylight, as they walk right up to the back of the house. Police say a 4th accomplice stayed inside the car.

“I never thought I'd see anything like that - that close to home,” said David Rupert. “That kind of freaked me out.”

Rupert and his mother live right next door. He said they know the couple and two young children who live in the house that was targeted and can't believe what they went through. Especially, after News 9 showed him the video.

The terrifying trio made sure to have their faces covered with hats and hoods, but police are hoping someone will recognize the clothes they are wearing and the way they walk.

In the video, you can see they know exactly what they are doing as they barge into the house. Police said they got away with cash and the family's two black Cadillacs.

“They should throw the book at them,” said one neighbor who did not want to be identified for fear of retaliation. “I hope they get them.”

She said she has lived on SW 38th Street for more than 40 years. She and others said the neighborhood has seen its share of crime, but nothing like this.

If you know who the people in the video are and where police can find them, call Crime Stoppers at 405-235-7300. You can remain anonymous.
