This is no time to be hung up on political correctness.
I think the FBI has done a better job of being open and quick in providing the public with needed information out of Orlando. The White House, not so much when it comes to linking the attack to Islamic extremism.
Here's what you had to say:
James in Bethany first, "It's sad but the President and his advisors favor political correctness over truth and honesty."
Ann adds from Del City, "He said today that Radical Islam was just a talking point. I almost fell off the couch."
And from Jennifer in Moore, "Political Correctness is going to continue to make us more vulnerable to attacks-so frustrating....."
But Kelly writes, "It turns out there are multiple reasons that could have possibly spurred this man to commit this horrific crime."
And Dolores notes, "It is also reported that he was a frequent patron at that club, and other gay clubs."
Which led Susie to ask, "Did you miss the fact he pledged his support to Isis? Not sure how much more proof you need."
Jim writes, "The way the POTUS addressed the horrible act was foul and unbelievable."
And finally, David says, "Political correctness will be the death of our nation if we don't throw away the PC blanket and start manning up and growing a thick skin."
I'm Kelly Ogle and that's YOUR 2 Cents.
