Ladonna's Cauliflower Salad
1 large head of iceberg lettuce
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8-10 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
In a large bowl: Tear the iceberg lettuce into small pieces. The next layer top with the finely chopped cauliflower. Spread the mayonnaise over the top of the cauliflower to the edges of the bowl. "Seal" the edges with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with sugar and the Parmesan cheese. Add the crumbled bacon last.
