Two people have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Midwest City teenager.

Morttellus Dashown Hill, 19, and Christopher Michael Johnson Jr., 19, both of Oklahoma City, were arrested Friday night in the 1800 block of NE 53 Street.

About 1:40 p.m. Friday, Midwest City police officers found Keandre Jamel Bowser, 16, dead from gunshot wounds in the 100 block of W Michael Drive

Several witnesses told police that a red Pontiac Grand Am drove away from the scene with two suspects.

During police interviews, investigators found the car near the Oklahoma City zoo and identified Hill and Johnson as the two suspects.

Hill was arrested on a murder complaint and is being held without bond.

Johnson was arrested on a assessor to commit a felony after the fact complaint. His bond was set at $10,000.
