New England Shrimp Rolls
- 2 cups chopped shrimp
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- Hawaiian hotdog rolls
- Melted butter
- Mix the shrimp, mayo, dill, lemon, and celery till lightly coated. Butter the rolls on all sides and lightly warm in the oven till toasty.
- Cut the rolls down the middle and spoon chopped shrimp salad in the middle and enjoy.
