Tequila Slow Cooker Chicken

  • 4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1 container fresh salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Corn tortillas
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. 
  2. In a small bowl combine the cumin, salt and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken with the spice blend and return to the slow cooker.
  4. Add the tequila and fresh salsa.
  5. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken and serve on corn tortillas.
