An Oklahoma City man was arrested on complaints of indecent exposure after a number of alleged incidents around the Mesta Park, Plaza District areas.

Police began investigating in the early morning hours on July 3 when two women reported separate incidents involving a white male in a green Ford Mustang, following them as they walked.

One woman reported seeing the man masturbating, and the other said the suspect kept trying to get out of the vehicle and physically cut her off with the car when she tried to run away.

Police interviewed the suspect, 25-year-old Brendan Brown, that day, but eventually let him go. The officers noted in the report that Brown had two related cases out at the time, but did not have any warrants out for his arrest and was currently on probation.

More reports came out over the weekend about a man fitting the same description, driving in a green Ford Mustang, following women in the Plaza District and masturbating.

Brown was arrested on Tuesday and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on two counts of Indecent Exposure. Bond was set at $8,000.

Brown was also arrested and charged in 2012 for Indecent Exposure, and in 2014 for Second-Degree Burglary.
