Authorities are investigating after 108 small animals were found living in horrible conditions at a Lindsay, Oklahoma, home on Thursday.
According to the Garvin County Sheriff’s office, the animals were found in the 900 block of S. Choctaw.
Deputies obtained a search warrant Friday morning. They searched the home and found horrible conditions inside and out. The home was reportedly used as an animal facility for pet adoptions.
Deputies said all animals have been given care and temporary shelter. The animals ranged in type from dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and a kinkajou.
The Sheriff’s office has not released the suspects’ identities at this time, but said charges are expected to be forwarded to the district attorney for review within the next few days.
