One man is dead and a juvenile is in the hospital after a shooting on SW 38th and Villa in Oklahoma City.
Neighbors say the victims were shot in the front yard of a corner house. Police responded to the call shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Arturo Holguin was nearby and says his father lives inside the home. Four people were inside when the scene unfolded outside.
Holguin said he went to check on his dad after hearing the shots. He then found someone lying dead in the front lawn. He said he knew the victim, who went by the nickname "Youngster", and believes the victim was involved with drugs.
Police say the victim was a Hispanic male who died at the scene. Holguin did not know who the child victim was.
"I don't know if somebody crossed the wrong people or not," said Holguin.
Police say the minor is expected to be OK. He is still in the hospital.
