- 2 cups fresh English peas
- 1/2 onions, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and add the peas for 90 seconds.
- Remove from the boiling water and immediately add it to an ice bath.
- In a large skillet saute the onion in oil.
- Add the peas and gently saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve!
