Sautéed Peas

  • 2 cups fresh English peas
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil and add the peas for 90 seconds.
  2. Remove from the boiling water and immediately add it to an ice bath.
  3. In a large skillet saute the onion in oil.
  4. Add the peas and gently saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve!
