Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 large bunch of flat leaf or Italian parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3/3-1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a food processor or blender mix all of the ingredients together till a sauce forms.
- Remove from the mixing bowl and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks!
- Excellent to serve over steaks, chicken and pork.
