Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 large bunch of flat leaf or Italian parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 3/3-1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  1. In a food processor or blender mix all of the ingredients together till a sauce forms.
  2. Remove from the mixing bowl and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks!
  3. Excellent to serve over steaks, chicken and pork.
