Guilt Free Peaches and Cream Cheesecake

  • 2 containers light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Braums vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1 cup Granola
  • Fresh sliced peaches
  • 6 -1/2 pint jars
  1. Wash and dry your pint jars and lids. Set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl beat together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest, and honey till smooth.
  3. To assemble: place 1/4 cup granola in the bottom of 4 pint sized jars.
  4. Add scoops of the cream cheese filling to the jars and top with peaches.
  5. Place the jars in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Add whipped cream before serving.
