To marinate the steak: in a medium sized bowl mix together the cumin, sea salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture on all sides of the flank steak.
Place the steak in a Ziploc bag and squeeze fresh lime juice over the steak.
Seal the bag and place the steak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. **Make sure to remove the flank steak from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat. Cook the flank steak for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Remove from the grill and allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes. ***Do Not Skip This Step!**.
Once the steak is cooled, slice the steak against the grain.
To make the tacos: warm the corn tortillas.
Add a couple of slices of meat to tortilla, fresh cilantro and chopped onion.
