Mega Green Sauce

Mega Green Sauce

• 1 avocado, peeled and seed removed
• 1 cup packed parsley and cilantro leaves (combined)
• 1 jalapeño, ribs and seeds removed
• 2 cloves fresh garlic
• juice of one lime
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ cup roasted pistachios

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse till smooth.
2. Serve with your favorite chips or even as a sauce on chicken or beef.
