Fire crews say the cause of a fire at a home in northeast Oklahoma City was electrical.
Officials arrived at the scene near NE 26th & Martin Luther King at approximately 7:30 a.m. Officials report the fire started at the back of the house before it became fully involved. Occupants of the home said they heard a lot pop at the back of the house just before fire consumed all four corners and then back of the house.
Four occupants were able to escape the home safely. Officials report multiple add-ons to the structure with different roofs made difficult to access the fire.
Investigators report $85,000 in damages.
