Slow Cooker Dressing

  • 4 cups cornbread, dried and cubed
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farms, seasoned bread crumbs
  • 4 cups turkey stock
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Stir together to combine.
  3. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
