This is the story of a little girl in a tiny church who is giving millions of people some very big smiles.
It’s probably the cutest thing you'll see all day. A couple of weeks ago, little Aubrey Grace Hull was at church with her family, and during Communion, she decided to hug everyone who passed. Young and old, short and tall, everyone got a hug.
"It moved me to tears,” Aubrey Grace’s grandmother Janie Braden said. “I mean it's such a great love. Her little hands beckoning everyone to come to her and let her hug them."
Aubrey Grace’s father videotaped the show of love and posted it on social media. It’s been viewed over 21 million times.
Braden says Aubrey Grace has had a lifetime of problems. She was born with a heart defect and later developed an infection that could have killed her. Her family brought her to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in Purcell where her church family prayed for her.
"She always looked up and she always was looking at something and I said she's looking at the angels. She's so close to heaven that she's looking at the angels," Braden said.
Little Aubrey Grace was showered with love, and now that she's better, it seems she wants to share that love.
"I think that's part of the love that she's got in her. She just was showered with so much love that she's here and she loves it," Braden said.
The family says the little girl has never done anything like this before. They believe Aubrey Grace was inspired by a higher grace.
"Receiving the Blessed Sacrament, I mean it's the most sacred part of the mass,” Braden said. “That's all I can say, is I think it was God."
