A woman's viral tweet led to a homeless man receiving more than 200 job offers.
Jasmine Scofield, was driving through a California intersection when she spotted 26-year-old David Casarez. Casarez was holding a sign that read, “HOMELESS. HUNGRY 4 SUCCESS. TAKE A RESUME.”
Today I saw this young homeless man asking for people to take a resume rather than asking for money. If anyone in the Silicon Valley could help him out, that would be amazing. Please RT so we can help David out! pic.twitter.com/ewoE3PKFx7— FullMakeup Alchemist (@jaysc0) July 27, 2018
Scofield asked Casarez's permission to post his photo on Twitter Friday where it has gotten more than 130,000 retweets and 213,000 likes.
Scofield also tweeted that Casarez has received around 200 job offers from companies like Google, Netflix, LinkedIn and others across the country.
