Oklahoma City Police are searching for three people accused in a robbery at a metro business.

One of the suspects reportedly grabbed the victim’s wallet out of his pocket and ran. Police said the victim chased after the suspect because the wallet contained money he needed for his family. The two other suspects caught up with them in a car.

“That’s when the victim jumped through the sunroof,” said Officer Megan Morgan. “Unfortunately, he was pulled through that sunroof and brutally assaulted inside the car by the two male suspects.”

The victim was forced out of the vehicle and the suspects fled, according to the police report.

Police identified the driver of the car as 27-year-old Brittni Garner. A warrant was issued for her arrest related to this case, Officer Morgan said.

Anyone with information on her immediate whereabouts, is asked to call 911.

Anyone with information about the two men in the surveillance footage is asked to contact OKC Crime Stoppers 405-235-7300.

“It looks like it was something they planned out, they knew what they were there for and unfortunately, the victim was just in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Officer Morgan said.
