Oklahoma Turnpike Authority Announces Overnight Closures

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority announced numerous overnight closures due to construction on Interstate 35.

Officials said the exit ramp on the Turner Turnpike westbound to southbound I-35 will close August 25 and 26 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and August 27 through the 29 from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Crews will detour traffic to Sooner Road for access to I-35. 

Officials encourage that drivers make alternate plans during the overnight hours and obey all traffic signs in the construction zone.
