Shawnee Police Searching For Homicide Suspect Accused Of Killing Man

Shawnee police say a man is dead after being shot Monday night, now officers are searching for the accused suspect.

According to report, officers responded to a shots fired call just after 7 p.m. near Broadway Street and Dewey Street.

Witnesses reported seeing two men arguing in the street. They say the suspect pulled out a gun and shot the victim, now identified as Mark Anthony Little, .

Little was taken to St. Anthony’s Hospital in Shawnee for treatment but died from his injuries.

The suspect is described to be a white male, approximately 5’9’, medium build, with reddish blonde hair and a scruffy goatee. He was last seen wearing a red tank top and black pants.
