The former OKC Pride president was charged in Oklahoma County and is accused of embezzling thousands of dollars from the organization, according to court documents.
Lori Kay Honeycutt, 45, was charged with one count of embezzlement.
According to the court document, Honeycutt is accused of writing five checks written to cash in February and March, totaling $3,117. A worker at the nonprofit said the organization does not ever write checks to cash and they had no events during those months.
Another check was written to Honeycutt in the amount of $129.89.
The organization's PayPal account had an unauthorized transfer of $350 to Honeycutt's personal email account on July 29.
Honeycutt resigned from her position on July 11.
Honeycutt was also convicted of various white collar crimes, including forgery, in 2008 in Oklahoma County, according to the court documents.
