Kissing Bandit On The Loose In Ponca City, Accused Of Bizarre Behavior

A kissing bandit is on the loose in Ponca City.  And police say he’s 92-years-old.

Police say last Wednesday the man approached a woman outside Ponca City’s Walmart, and asked if he could buy her child for $10,000. The next day several people reported that the man tried to kiss them outside that same Walmart. 

Police say they issued the man a trespassing ticket that same day.

“We have a lot of folks out in Facebook land that think we should do things different, but we’re doing things very cautiously and as carefully as we can,” Sherry Bowers with the Ponca City Police Department said.

Police say there was another incident outside that Walmart Tuesday afternoon.  

Adult Protective Services are now involved.
