Two Oklahoma City utility workers were attacked by a swarm of bees Wednesday, the Oklahoma City Fire Department reported.

City workers were clearing brush piles near SW 23 and Walnut.

The bees were in a tree stump and one employee was stung about 15 times while the other employee was stung up to five times.

A bee keeper was called in to assist fire officials.

The two employees were evacuated as a precaution.
