Jam Cakes

Jam Cakes

• 1/2 cup pancake mix
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1/3-1/4 cup jam or jelly of your choice

1. Mix the pancake mix with the milk and vanilla and stir together.
2. Pour into almost empty jam jar and stir.
3. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Enjoy!
