The Norman Police Department is inviting the community to attend Norman’s National Night Out celebration for an evening of community and fellowship.
National Night Out will be October 2 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
National Night Out is an annual community-building event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie. The goal is to make Norman neighborhoods safer, better places to live.
Each year, there are close to 50 events hosted by neighborhoods across Norman. NPD Officers, NFD Firefighters, Norman City Council Members, and the Mayor all take part in the night attending various community events.
