A man wanted in connection to a double murder in Missouri could be in Yukon.

Missouri authorities said, Billy Medley is accused of killing two people September 30.

Court records show Medley and his accomplice attempted to steal a car. When a couple caught them in the act they were killed. A probable cause statement said Medley's fingerprints were found on a shotgun found at the crime scene.

Officers arrested Jeffery Stevenson, another man they believe was involved, for the same crime last week. Medley has been on the run since the murders.

According to a Facebook post from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office in Missouri, Medley has family connection in Yukon and Oklahoma City. Yukon police were made aware of the situation Sunday.

Medley is described as a 6 foot tall white male with brown hair, weighing between 190-250 pounds. He is likely armed.

When caught, Medley could face second-degree murder, among other felony charges.

Anyone with information on Medley's whereabouts is asked to call Dallas County Sheriff's at 417-345-2441.
