Candy Cornbread Muffins
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup Westallion Candy Corn Beer or beer of your choice
- 2 cups shredded Mexi cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn
- Preheat oven to 400° in line a muffin pan with muffin paper cups.
- And a medium-size bowl add all of the ingredients and stir together.
- Using an ice cream scoop fill the muffin cups with the batter and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
