Firefighters Extinguish Outbuilding Fire In NW OKC

Oklahoma City Firefighters battled flames on the northwest side overnight.

Firefighters said they believe a downed power line may have caused the fire.

Crews said an outbuilding behind a home near northwest 17th Street and north Drexel Boulevard caught on fire before 2 a.m. but was quickly controlled.

Officials said the fire never reached the house.

No injuries were reported.
