Del City Fire said four units were damaged, two with smoke damage and two with heavy fire damage. 

Authorities believe a resident unintentionally started the fire.

Officials believe one person tried to jump from a window. Three people were injured. Two were transported to the hospital. The third victim was treated on scene. 

 Investigators have not confirmed a cause of fire.
